Model Training

By default, OpenAI may use your conversations to improve their models. You can opt out of this.

* Navigate to Settings > Data Controls to toggle this setting.

Privacy Controls

  • Chat History & TrainingIf you disable chat history, your chats won't be saved to your history sidebar, AND they won't be used for training.
  • Shared LinksYou can manage or delete links to chats you've shared with others.
  • Export DataYou can request a full export of your account data and conversation history at any time.
